Write to support@lumavra.com. Please say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on - most reports are far quicker to act on with that one line.

Reporting a suggestion

If the app suggested something offensive, tell us the exact name and roughly when. Generated names are kept for seven days, which is long enough to find the request and to add the term to the blocked list.

Your account

For access to your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, write to the same address from the address the account uses.

What we cannot do

We cannot restore your shortlist, because we never have it. Candidates, favourites and ratings are stored on your device and encrypted in your iCloud - which is what makes them private.

After reinstalling, iCloud brings them back as long as iCloud is on for Lumavra - with an account after signing in, as a guest from the guest area of your iCloud. With an account, your automatic backups are also in the folder you chose: under "Automatic backup" the app shows which backed-up projects are missing and brings them back as new projects. You can also open a single .lumavra file directly.
